The parents of a man who stabbed six people to death at a Sydney shopping centre on Saturday have apologised to his victims. Joel Cauchi was shot dead by a police officer during his attack at the Westfield Bondi Junction. His parents said Cauchi, who had schizophrenia, was "a very sick boy" who had "lost touch with reality".
