Rishi Sunak says next PM has a 'moral responsibility' to help with energy costs

Rishi Sunak tells the BBC's Nick Robinson that as prime minister he would have a 'moral responsibility' to help citizens with the soaring cost of energy, which is forecast to be more than £3,000 a year on average until 2024. He also says he would rather lose the leadership race than win on 'a false promise'
