Blood-soaked cavalry horse gallops through London
Five people were injured after seven Household Cavalry horses — one of which was covered in blood — ran loose through central London, smashing into vehicles and bringing parts of the capital to a standstill. Two horses, both with saddles, reins and collars, were filmed racing down Aldwych, with one clip showing the pair being followed by an unmarked police car as the chaos unfolded during the Wednesday morning rush hour.
