A Labour frontbencher has been suspended after the party received a complaint about his behaviour, Sky News understands. Shadow foreign minister Bambos Charalambous has been "administratively suspended" from the party pending an investigation. That means he has lost the whip and will sit in the Commons as an independent MP.
