Nicola Bulley disappearance: 'Has the phone been left as a decoy?'
A forensic search and rescue expert has questioned whether Nicola Bulley's phone could have been left as a decoy. Peter Faulding said he would be looking closely at the phone evidence and was "surprised" Nicola had not been found in the river, if high frequency sonar was being used.
