Coronavirus latest: HEALTH Secretary Sajid Javid today urged ALL UK adults to: "Get Booster jab, or risk Christmas," as government rolls out Omicron battle plan. Boris Johnson addressed the Nation this evening along with the Secretary of State and NHS England's chief executive, Amanda Pritchard. The Prime Minister said 'pop-up vaccination centres' will help arm people against the new variant, while the PM also enrolled the help of the army. It comes as more cases of Omicron were today detected in the UK - now totalling 22.
