Peter Andre forced to miss son Junior's music launch as he battles mystery bug
Peter Andre was forced to miss out on his son Junior's music launch while he battled a mystery illness.
The Mysterious Girl singer has been the 'most ill he's been in three years' and even missed two nights of performing in Grease the musical.
Junior recently signed a record deal and teased his debut single launch on Instagram with his fans.
"Tonight I will be going live at 7pm and I'll be playing you some of my new music that no one has heard," he had said.
"So if you tune into my live you'll be the first to hear my new music."
Peter still threw his support behind his son and took to his social media to wish Junior good luck.
He penned: "Good luck tonight son. Sorry I can't be with you but show 'em what you've got."
Peter was meant to travel to Manchester to reprise his role as Teen Angel in Grease the Musical - which he first played in 2019.
However, during Princess Andre's Instagram Live, he was heard coughing a lot in the background.
When asked by his daughter how he felt, he said: "I haven't felt like this for two or three years.
"I had Covid, but that was a different kind of feel, but that was horrible."
In August, Junior - who is currently studying drama at college - announced the thrilling news that he signed a lucrative deal to join the same record label as Calvin Harris and Harry Styles.
Junior explained he'd been spent weeks on the hush-hush sessions, recording new tracks with two other up and coming artists, at an independent studio called Rebel Records in London.

The teenager wrote: "Wow. Where do I start? These past six months have been hectic. But I’ve loved every single second of it. My dad took me to the studio six months ago and got me in the booth at @rebelrecs.
"Since then I have secretly been working on a MASSIVE project, and not long ago got a call saying @columbiauk want to sign me!
"I would just like to say thank you to the team @rebelrecs alongside my dad who have helped develop me into an artist.
"Of course a big shoutout to @sktartist and @marcellonoego who are very talented and have been working with me on this project since the start."
